The following classes are $5.00 per person for 45 minutes.
Power Yoga Workout:
MWF @ 10 am
Intense flow of strengthening yoga movements where each position is geared towards stretching and toning. You will gain flexibility and overall muscle definition. (Rachel Jordan, CPT)
Core Strength Ab Lab:
MWF @ 12 pm
This class focuses on strength training utilizing the natural weight of our bodies with a concentration on abdominal definition. (Rachel Jordan, CPT)
Hourglass Body Blast:
MWF @ 5:30 pm
The Hourglass Workout implements specific movements to tone and sculpt the areas of your body that create the hourglass shape all women are looking for! (Rachel Jordan, CPT)
Little Yogis:
Saturdays @ 11 am
Healthy practices start early. In this class, children are taught basic yoga poses that stimulate mental growth and physical balance. Learning the connections between mind and body fosters self-control and inter-personal skills. Perfect for kids ages 4-10, parents welcome to participate. (Rachel Jordan, CPT)
